Stephanie began her career in hospitality with the Ritz-Carlton after graduating from East Stroudsburg University. With the Ritz-Carlton she got to travel and work in some exotic locations such as the Grand Cayman Islands and Tucson Arizona. She moved back to Pennsylvania once she was married and started a family. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 2 little boys and traveling with her husband.

Catering & Premium Services Manager – Chestnut Street Caterers

Ashley started loving food in high school when she took culinary arts classes. From there her passion for the food industry bloomed and turned into her career. From banquet manager at Sonesta, to wedding specialist at Hilton Garden Inn, to catering account executive at Cosi. Now at Chestnut Street Caterers you will find her out and about at events or planning them on Drexel’s Campuses. In her spare time you will find her on the softball diamond or down the shore paddle boarding or fishing for flounder.


George Gesmundo

Catering Coordinator – Chestnut Street Caterers

George’s career started at Drexel University in 1999 at LeBow College of Business for 6 solid years until his journey took him into the field of hospitality. He’s worked in hospitality management for The Crowne Plaza Reading, The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia and Artesano Gallery in Manayunk. In 2017, he was given the opportunity to work for Chestnut Street Caterers with Aramark Corporation and was excited to be back on Drexel’s campus. When George is not on campus, he enjoys quality time with his loved ones and has a passion for party planning, cooking, writing, singing, traveling and much more. He looks forward to planning your next event!
